Rail container delivery and drayage from Portland–Vancouver

We pick up shipping containers that arrive by train at Portland–Vancouver area rail terminals and deliver them to your business anywhere in Oregon or Washington. Then we bring the container back.

What rail drayage means for you

When your freight travels by rail in an intermodal container, the train gets it to the Portland–Vancouver area. The last leg to your warehouse, plant or job site is by truck. That short truck move is called drayage, and it's the only service we offer.

Because we focus on one kind of job, we know the routine: getting through terminal check-in, keeping track of free time, planning the I-5 route, and getting the empty container back on schedule.

Step by step

How a delivery works

  1. Book with the container details

Call or send the quote form with the container number, the terminal, the delivery address, the size and weight, and when it's available.

  2. Terminal pickup

We check in at the rail terminal, the container is loaded onto our chassis, and we're on the road.

  3. Delivery to your site

We deliver to your dock or yard at the agreed time and keep you posted if traffic or weather changes the plan.

  4. Empty return

The empty container goes back, so you're not stuck paying for extra days.
